Jacqui Haskett

Australian Physiotherapy Association Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist
Headshot of Jacqui

About Jacqui

Jacqui is the founder and principal physiotherapist at Reform Physiotherapy and Pilates Clinic, where she enjoys working with clients across all levels of function and fitness.

Jacqui is an experienced physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move better and live well — from individuals aiming to stay active and independent to elite athletes returning to peak performance. Her clinical interests span sport and musculoskeletal injuries, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, Pilates and gym-based exercise rehabilitation, and manual therapy. She is also trained in dry needling and tailors exercise programs to suit each client’s individual goals and abilities.

In addition to her clinic work, Jacqui holds several high-performance roles. She consults with the South Australian Sports Institute (SASI), supporting both Olympic and Paralympic athletes – particularly in canoe sprint and beach volleyball – and provides support as a physiotherapist for the Men’s National Beach Volleyball Team. She has travelled nationally and internationally with Paddle Australia, providing physiotherapy support to the Australian canoe sprint and kayak teams.

Jacqui also contracts with Tennis Australia, providing physiotherapy services at international junior and professional tournaments across the country. Her roles require close collaboration with sports physicians, surgeons, and support teams to ensure safe and effective athlete care – an approach she brings back to her clinical practice to benefit all patients.
A certified Pilates instructor in both mat and equipment-based Pilates, Jacqui has extensive experience delivering Pilates-based rehabilitation to a diverse range of clients, including Olympic-level athletes. She has previously consulted with the South Australian Women’s Cricket Team, designing individualised exercise programs, and is currently a lead presenter and examiner for the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), teaching Pilates courses to physiotherapists and other health and fitness professionals across Australia and internationally.

Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Science from California State University, where she combined her studies with NCAA Division 1 tennis over four years. Upon returning to Adelaide, Jacqui completed her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia, and most recently, her Master of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy (Sports), further strengthening her expertise in evidence-based sports injury management and rehabilitation.

Outside of work, Jacqui enjoys spending time with her family, staying active with her dogs, running, practising Pilates, and travelling.

Georgia Zuill

Physiotherapist

About Georgia

Georgia is passionate about patient-centred care and works collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their individual goals – combining hands-on treatment, tailored exercise programs, and evidence-based management strategies. She is a highly motivated and enthusiastic practitioner who thrives in team-based environments.

Georgia spent three years as Head Physiotherapist for the Woodville-West Torrens Football Club Women’s team, where she worked alongside sports doctors and allied health professionals to support the care, rehabilitation, and performance of elite athletes. She has also worked extensively with female and male SANFL players to support their rehabilitation and achieve their performance goals.

Beyond AFL, Georgia has worked with athletes across a wide range of sports including cricket, athletics, swimming, soccer, volleyball, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and canoe sprint/kayaking. She has also contributed to talent development programs, such as assisting with screening and assessments for the Volleyball SA Academy.
Georgia’s passion for working with athletes has come from her own experience competing in Surf Life Saving at a state and national level through West Beach Surf Life Saving Club, while training through Immanuel Piranhas Swimming Club. This has helped her to understand the physical demands of elite sport and connect well with athletes.

Georgia is experienced in both mat and equipment-based Pilates exercise, offering tailored exercise programs to support recovery, strength, mobility, and fitness. In private practice, she has managed musculoskeletal and sports injuries and worked closely with orthopaedic surgeons to guide patients through pre- and post-operative rehabilitation in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Georgia is currently nearing completion of her Master of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy at La Trobe University, reflecting her strong commitment to continual professional development and delivering the latest evidence-based care. Her approach ensures patients receive the most current, effective treatment and management techniques in physiotherapy.

Rachael Beck

Physiotherapist

About Rachael

Rachael completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia and has since worked in a range of private practice settings in Adelaide. She has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including chronic and referred pain, sporting injuries, pain during pregnancy, pre and post-surgical rehabilitation, and Pilates and gym rehabilitation.

She is credentialed in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), which uses active movements, progressive exercises and hands on techniques to assess, treat, educate and empower patients with back, neck and extremities disorders and pain. It marries well with her DMA Pilates training, which also involves individually tailored exercises using Clinical Pilates principles for both matwork and equipment-based programs.
More recently Rachael has done extensive training in Fascial Counterstrain (FCS). This utilises diagnostic tender points to identify painful, reflexively protected and contracted tissues. FCS then uses gentle techniques that involves slackening or decompression of the involved structures to switch off the reflexive spasm. It is a safe and comfortable option even in the most sensitive cases, and allows for identifying and correcting dysfunction in all regions and systems of the body, not just the musculoskeletal system.

Rachael is passionate about empowering clients to find a new and more functional normal, and giving them the tools to effectively self-manage their bodies. She enjoys a challenge and working alongside clients with complex or chronic conditions that may have struggled with more traditional forms of treatment.

Outside of work, Rachael is busy with her 4 young children. She enjoys catching up with her monthly book club, spending time outside with the kids, cooking up a storm and daydreaming of a time when she can do more travel.
